Latesha Johnson brings over 9 years of experience in income tax preparation and more than 10 years of hands-on experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to Quality Senior Care LLC. Her unique combination of business expertise and caregiving experience allows her to support both the operational and human sides of the organization with excellence.

She serves as Owner, Assistant Lab Director, and Director of Client Relations, playing a key role in guiding the company’s vision, supporting diagnostic operations, and ensuring strong relationships with clients and families.

Latesha is committed to delivering dependable, family-focused care rooted in compassion, trust, and integrity. Her leadership style reflects a deep passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and families throughout the community.

Kishina Johnson, LPN, brings over 20 years of nursing experience to Quality Senior Care LLC and its diagnostic division, Quality Diagnostic. With a strong foundation in clinical care, leadership, and patient advocacy, she plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate healthcare services for the community.

She serves as both Lab Director and Director of Outreach, where she oversees diagnostic operations and community engagement efforts. As Lab Director, Kishina ensures all testing services are performed with the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. In her role as Director of Outreach, she builds and strengthens community partnerships, helping expand access to essential healthcare services.

Her dedication to excellence and patient-centered care continues to guide the organization’s mission of delivering reliable, accessible, and compassionate healthcare both in clinical settings and through home-based services.
